Wilfried Jastrembski

As a division manager, Wilfried Jastrembski led and developed the central commercial real estate financing business of Hamburger Sparkasse AG to its current significance over a period of more than 25 years. Since January 1, 2024, he has been responsible for real estate issues at Group level as Chief Representative of Haspa Finanzholding. Wilfried Jastrembski studied law at the University of Hamburg and has worked in the real estate financing business at various banks since 1993. Mr. Jastrembski holds several supervisory and advisory board mandates, among others at Baugenossenschaft Dennerstraße-Selbsthilfe e.G., HanseMerkur AG and IFB Hamburgische Investitions- und Förderbank.
Dr. Ulrich Möhrle

Dr. Ulrich Möhrle is a partner in the multidisciplinary law firm Möhrle Happ Luther, which was founded 96 years ago. With over 400 employees based in Hamburg, Berlin and Schwerin, it ranks as one of the leading law firms in northern Germany. Auditors, tax consultants and lawyers work together here in an interdisciplinary manner. As a lawyer and tax consultant, Dr. Möhrle focuses on advising family businesses on all business issues. Andreas Fiefeck

Andreas Fiefeck embarked on his professional career at Commerzbank as a securities specialist. After moving to Bankhaus Neelmeyer in 1989, he assumed the role of Director of Private Banking. In 2002, Mr. Fiefeck joined ABN Amro and most recently held the position of Chief Representative at its Bethmann Bank subsidiary. In this role, he managed the Private Investment Office in Hamburg and specialized in advising high net-worth family groups, family offices and foundations. His clients value his in-depth knowledge of the capital markets and strategic foresight with regard to wealth management. Since October 2022, Andreas Fiefeck has been active as Director of the newly founded German branch of LGT Bank Ltd. In this position, he supports LGT's strategic positioning in the German market, placing his extensive experience and expertise at the service of the bank.
