Marcus-C. Huckfeldt-Weber
Managing partner
Marcus-C. Huckfeldt-Weber is the fourth generation of the Weber family to manage the business, following on from his father, Adolf Huckfeldt-Weber. He first completed a banking apprenticeship and obtained a degree in real estate economics (ebs) and international business administration before spending several years working in the property industry and then joining the Adolf Weber Group in 2001. He has managed the company since 2008.
Thomas Schmitt
Management
Thomas Schmitt earned a degree in business administration before going to work in finance and accounting for various internationally operating retail and production companies. He joined the Adolf Weber Group in 2009 and has managed the company together with Marcus-C. Huckfeldt-Weber since 2012.
Jochen Boudon
Management
Jochen Boudon contributes longstanding experience in the property sector and has been in charge of ADOLF WEBER WEST GmbH in Dortmund since April 2017. A qualified real estate manager (IREBS) with a degree in industrial engineering, he previously worked as a head of investment and senior investment manager for renowned real estate companies. Mr. Boudon currently lectures in real estate economics at Münster University of Applied Sciences.
Alexander Goebel
Management
Alexander Goebel has extensive experience in the field of real estate and transaction consultancy. As a real estate economist (ebs), he has previously worked for prominent real estate companies with responsibility for transactions and projects in the office, residential, retail and logistics asset classes. Since 2022, he has headed the ADOLF WEBER SUED GmbH, our Munich branch.
David Imarhiagbe
Management
Since its inception in 2019, David Imarhiagbe has been active as Managing Director of ADOLF WEBER TIROL GmbH (formerly: AlpenWert GmbH), headquartered in Innsbruck. Mr Imarhiagbe draws on more than 15 years of extensive, in-depth professional experience in the real estate sector and has worked for renowned Austrian real estate companies. In Innsbruck, he is in charge of the ADOLF WEBER Grundbesitz- und Projektgesellschaft branch in Tyrol and is responsible for project acquisition and realisation.
Henning Nietz
Management
Henning Nietz has been employed at ADOLF WEBER Grundbesitz- und Projektgesellschaft in Hamburg since 2017, and since September 2022 he has been appointed as Managing Director of ADOLF WEBER Austria GmbH in Vienna .
He brings with him extensive experience of the real estate sector as well as in investment banking and M&A. Henning Nietz has a degree in international business management (ESCP Europe) and is a trained real estate economist (ADI).
TIm Beushausen
Authorized Signatory / Head of Asset Management and Property Management
Tim Beushausen has been working for ADOLF WEBER in Hamburg since 2019. He is a trained real estate agent (IHK) and holds a diploma in real estate economics (ADI). Due to his many years of experience in renowned real estate companies, especially in the field of property and asset management, Mr. Beushausen has extensive professional experience in the real estate industry. With the foundation of ADOLF WEBER Asset Management GmbH in 2023, he was appointed as an authorized signatory.
