What constitutes an emergency? Here you will find a few examples:

  • Pipe rupture of watercarrying pipelines
  • Malfunctioning heating during heating season
  • Gas leak / smell of gas
  • Fire

Should your life or the common good of others be endangered, please call the emergency number 112.

One of our staff members will provide you with assistance and/or contact an emergency service.  

Until help arrives, please undertake any possible damage-limiting measures. In the case of pipe ruptures, please shut off, when possible, the water supply in your apartment/rental space and remove the main fuse.

Emergency services are only carried out as a response to a direct emergency. Repair work will be promptly commissioned by facility management.

Should a drainpipe be blocked up owing to improper use, you are free to call an emergency repair service at your own expense or wait until our office is open on the following business day.

For loss of keys, you are also free to call an emergency service at your own expense. Facility management does not have a second key for your rental.
